The Perfect Derma™ Plus Booster treatment begins with a consultation at Contour Laser Medi Spa in Fredericton, where we assess your skin concerns and determine if the booster is suitable for your needs. During the session, the booster is applied in conjunction with The Perfect Derma™ Peel. The process typically takes 15–20 minutes and involves a combination of potent ingredients like Glutathione, Kojic Acid, and Retinoic Acid, designed to exfoliate and rejuvenate your skin.


As the booster intensifies the effects of the peel by up to 25%, you’ll notice enhanced exfoliation and a deeper penetration of active ingredients. Most clients experience minimal discomfort, typically just a mild tingling sensation.


After the treatment, you’ll notice some visible peeling around day three, which continues for a few days. By the end of the peeling process, you’ll see a clearer, more even skin tone with smoother texture and reduced pigmentation.

Aftercare and Results

Aftercare is crucial to ensure the best results from The Perfect Derma™ Plus Booster treatment. Immediately after the procedure, you may experience mild redness, tightness, and slight peeling. This is a normal part of the skin rejuvenation process. You’ll receive a specialized take-home kit, which includes a Post Peel Moisturizer, SPF 30 sunscreen, and Post Peel Towelettes to aid in the recovery process. Peeling generally starts on day three and can last for 3–6 days, depending on your skin's sensitivity and the extent of hyperpigmentation.


During this period, it’s essential to avoid sun exposure, hot showers, vigorous exercise, and active skincare products. Refrain from picking at peeling skin to avoid irritation or scarring. Visible results, such as brighter, more even skin tone and reduced pigmentation, will begin to appear within a week. Continued treatments may be required to achieve optimal and lasting results, particularly for stubborn pigmentation or deep discoloration.
